A weekly marketing check-in that actually helps
Owners don’t need to track every new feature. They need one consistent routine that connects attention to calls, bookings, inquiries, and sales.
Choose one business outcome first: qualified phone calls, good-fit inquiries, booked appointments, or profitable orders. Page views are useful diagnostics—not the finish line.
Minutes 0–10: inspect demand
Review your top search queries, most-viewed service or product pages, and recent customer questions. Look for changes in what people actually want—not just changes in visits.
Minutes 10–20: inspect conversions
Check forms, call clicks, booking steps, and order completion. Test the website on a phone. If an inquiry path is confusing or slow, fix that before buying more traffic.
Minutes 20–30: make one improvement
Pick one action: rewrite a confusing headline, clarify the offer, improve an FAQ, update a landing page, pause a weak ad, or publish one useful answer. Note the date and outcome so you can learn from the change.
What to track
- Leading indicators: relevant search impressions, qualified visits, landing-page engagement.
- Business results: qualified calls, completed forms, booked appointments, profitable orders.
- Costs: spending per qualified inquiry, customer acquisition cost where known.
